What is the rescheduling or cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please inform us at least 3 days in advance or else no change of date will be allowed.
❗ Please note: All workshops and events are non-refundable after payment, but we’re happy to help you reschedule.
⚠️ In case of severe weather (Typhoon Signal No. 8 / Black Rain), free rescheduling is available instantly.
Can I book the entire venue or customised a themed party?
Absolutely! 🎉 You can book our service at QQ or at your own venue! We can be your party host or just a diy booth corner provider.
We offer a 3-floors venue opposite central market and a 2300sqft venue with a customized themed party services with DIY Workshops!
You can also add on party snacks, games, performers etc to make your celebration extra special!
